Who we are
Live Laugh Book is a product of Skysoclear Ltd, a small British company registered in England & Wales. Skysoclear is the data controller for everything described on this page. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your name
- The name of your shop
- Your current business website (if you provided one)
- Your email address
- The date you joined the list
If you use the product when it ships, we'll also process the data your business needs to run — customer bookings, payments, membership records. That's covered in our Terms, not here.
Why we collect it
Two reasons, and only two:
- To send you a small number of tailored emails about the beta, written by a person, addressed to you and your shop.
- To prioritise who gets access first — we're letting people in slowly so we can do it well.
We will not put you on a generic newsletter. We will not sell your details. We will not use your data to train a model. If you don't hear from us, it's because we haven't written to you yet.
Who we share it with
For the waitlist, nobody. The data lives with us. When the product launches we'll use a small number of well-known processors — Stripe for payments, an email provider for transactional mail, a UK-hosted database — and we'll list them here when the time comes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email ross@skysoclear.com and we'll reply within seven days. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. There is no analytics script, no tracking pixel, no third-party tag manager. The fonts load from Google Fonts; that's the only third party your browser will speak to on this page.
